The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Central Sector Scheme of Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. It provides opportunity to the student youth of India to take part in various government led community service activities & programmes.The sole aim of the NSS is to provide hands on experience to young students in delivering community service. The motto of National Service Scheme is NOT ME BUT YOU.

The NSS Unit of HA College of Commerce was established in 2014.                        Since its inception, the Unit has been actively participating in various events/ awareness parogramms such as ‘BetiBachao, BetiPadhaoAbhiyan’, ‘MatdaanJagrutiAbhiyaan’, ‘SwacchataAbhiyaan’, Traffic AwrenessProgramme, Blood Donation Camps, Surveys & Data Collections, etc. There are more than 75 students participate every year in the Seven Day Annual residential camp for the last 5 years. NSS students also get selected in University Camp, Inter College Work Camp,National Integration Camp (NIC),Adventure Program, NSS Republic Day Parade Camp.
